State Policy Affairs Representative (SPAR) Program

The State Policy Affairs Representative (SPAR) Program is an important program for strengthening and defending the pest management industry at the state level.  The SPAR Program directs the state SPAR representative on what to do when public policy issues (proposed legislation) surfaces in Minnesota.  The SPAR Program provides the context of Minnesota's political environment and how Minnesota's SPAR Representative should act when dealing with public policy matters affecting the pest management industry in Minnesota.
